Our Ethos
Supporting those who support others is at the heart of the Counsellors Therapy Pot ethos.
Our origins lie with Niamh and Beth (co-founders) creating an accessible online counselling network for counsellors. We recognised that counsellors need to care for their own mental and emotional health in order to flourish in both their work and their wider lives, yet cost is often a barrier.
Our passion for helping nurturers nurture themselves has only grown. We are on a mission to make it the norm for those who support and care for others to also prioritise their own wellbeing. We want counsellors and other nurturing professionals to enjoy long, sustainable, and fulfilling careers doing what they love. Most importantly, we want them to feel nourished and empowered in the process.
